Our streamlined process was developed to reduce time and costs for our clients.  We can provide an independent director for our clients in just a few hours.

1. Quote: Call or e-mail us describing your transaction and the SPE organizational structure.
   
   
2. Document Review:  Send us the SPE’s organizational documents--typically an operating agreement or partnership agreement and an independent director/springing member certificate.
   
   
3. Services Agreement:  We will send you our services agreement for signature, along with our initial invoice to be paid at closing.  All signed documents can then be sent via e-mail, overnight mail, fax, or courier depending on your needs.
